Vice President, JLL
Patrick Deveau serves as a Vice President in JLL’s Development Management team within the Project and Development Services group in the Atlanta office. In his current role, Patrick provides project leadership for multiple commercial, residential, and large higher education projects in Georgia. Typical duties involve management of entitlements, design and construction. Prior to joining JLL, Patrick resided in New York where he worked as an Associate at Front Inc., a multidisciplinary façade consulting firm comprised of architects and engineers assisting owners, architects and contractors throughout the life cycle of a project. During his time at Front, Patrick assisted his clients with concept design, scheduling, detailing, technical analysis, specifying, production of construction document sets, procurement strategies, budgeting and constriction administration. A few projects include: The Expansion of Tech Square Phase 3 for Georgia Tech, The Lindemann Performing Arts Center for Brown University, and 2050 M Street in Washington, DC.
