Paul has dedicated over 30 years to the design and delivery of some of the Middle East and North Africa’s (MENA) most prominent and successful shopping and entertainment destinations. With specialist knowledge of local planning policy and legislation, particularly in the context of its retail implications, Paul offers insight into the future of these environments and leads CRTKL’s design and delivery of complex retail mixed-use projects across the region.
As a highly experienced architect, he informs the strategies of the many leading commercial developers and is working alongside them to define what the mall of the future will and bring forward design innovations that improve the environmental and social impact of these projects and expand them beyond a single use.
