Principal, Kharche & Associates
Prashanth S Kharche began his career in 1996, co-founding a practice in Bengaluru post-graduation. In 2000, he relocated to Chennai to lead Kharche & Associates. Initially focused on boutique residential and commercial projects, he strategically expanded the firm’s capabilities in 2011 to design large-scale residential townships and industrial logistic parks.
Under his leadership, the firm has garnered prestigious design awards since 2015 and commissioned landmark projects for developers like Godrej Properties, TVS Emerald, DLF, DRA Homes, Embassy Group, and Krishna Group. Currently directing major projects for Brigade Group, DP World, Marriott Hotels, and Maruti Suzuki, Prashanth guides the practice in actively designing and handing over nearly 5 million square feet annually.
