Pritika Manjrekar

Founder & Principal Architect, Moco Design Studio

Visionary Architect, Pritika Manjrekar, has a unique offering. She not only translates her client’s aspirations into visions but also enables them to convert these visions into reality.

Pritika says “I believe that the role of the architect has expanded from being the creative lead to taking ownership towards all aspects of the project. Clients’ biggest challenge is how complex projects have become in our country today, involving various stakeholders like the users, authorities, environment, and consultants to name a few. As a leader we understand each stakeholder’s requirements and frustrations that could arise. We then transmute them into a win-win design solution that caters to all. This offers not only a cutting edge creative product but also immense ease in the execution of the project.”

Pritika founded MoCo Design Studio in 2006 in California and moved its headquarters to Pune in 2008. She is now doing projects across India. Her practice has evolved through 20 years of rich experience with 50+ projects spanning over 15 million square feet of designed spaces. The studio is a team of experts excelling in design and technical mastery across commercial, institutional, residential architecture.

Pritika measures the impact of her projects by how they make people feel. This includes both the feelings experienced by the client and the team during the making of the project, as well as the feelings experienced by the end users, visitors, and the passersby.

Amar Business Zone, AP 81, Poonawalla Towers, RTSE School by Bharati Vidyapeeth, Amar Landmark, Manhattan are some of her most recognized projects.
