Raniel Sulaj

Raniel Sulaj is a civil engineer and has worked at different projects in Albania since 2011.

The early projects from 2011 until 2018 have been mainly focused in Infrastructure (Water Supply, Sewage, Roads, Electrical Lines, Hydropower Plant, etc.). From 2018 he is more focused on Building Projects (Mixed Use Buildings).

Since 2020 he is the Project Manager for project “Tirana’s Rock”, a mixed-use building with 4 floors underground and 25 floors above ground at the center of Tirana. The building gives the shape and silhouette of our national hero Skanderbeg imprinting his profile forever on the horizon. The building was designed by international Architecture Studio MVDRV. The Façade and Balustrade of this building is made of Aluminium and Glass giving special effects during the day according to the reflection of the light.
