Managing Director, WTA Architecture & Design Studio
Rebecca Plaza-Ti is the Managing Director of WTA Architecture and Design Studio, one of the Philippines’ leading global design practices. She oversees the studio’s operations and business development while leading its hospitality, high-end residential, and interior design work.
She assumed this role in 2024 following WTA’s acquisition of Plaza and Partners, the practice she founded and led for a decade. Prior to returning to the Philippines, Rebecca spent nearly ten years in the United Kingdom, developing a body of work spanning cities, cultures, and scales — an experience that grounds her conviction that design must belong to its place, responding to climate, culture, and context rather than imported convention.
Beyond practice, she serves as a Director of Anthology Festival and contributes to global conversations on cities through the World Economic Forum. She is a graduate of the University of Bath and the University of Cambridge, where she completed her master’s degree as a Chevening Scholar.
