Architect Reza Kabul’s journey began in his father’s Irani café in Mumbai, where early exposure to discipline, resilience, and hard work shaped the values that define his practice today. After completing his Bachelor of Architecture from Maharaja Sayajirao University in 1985, he established ARK Reza Kabul Architects Pvt. Ltd. in 1988. Over the past 37 years, he has emerged as a leading figure in high-rise and contemporary architecture.
Today, ARK operates with 150+ full-time professionals across four offices — Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and San Francisco, California — delivering innovative, future-focused solutions that seamlessly integrate urban planning, architecture, and interiors. His portfolio includes landmark hospitality and residential developments such as the Taj Skyline Hotel Ahmedabad, Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa, Transcon Triumph, Ekta Tripolis in Mumbai, among many others.
With more than 3,500 completed and ongoing projects across India, the U.S., Dubai, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand, and Africa, he has significantly influenced skylines and communities globally. His contributions have earned prestigious recognition — including being named among India’s Top 30 Architects by Forbes (2024) and receiving the International Property Award 2025 for Nakshatra Regalia II at GIFT City.
