Richard has spent his career (27+ years) specializing in Building Envelope on both new and existing buildings. With years of international experience, Richard’s focus is the full envelope construction of buildings (roofs, walls, windows, etc.) in both new and retrofit projects. With experiences, ranging across tertiary, commercial, industrial, government and residential he as the ability to understand the constraints of design and market availability to bring projects to life. Considered an industry specialist in his field, he has supplied expert witness testimony on various building envelope failures cases. Richard’s practical approach to whole building design is a key aspect he brings to ensuring the building’s overall design works as a whole, rather than individual components.
