Ar. Richard Garcia, an alumnus of University of Santo Tomas- College of Architecture, An active member and current adviser of UAP — Quezpn City Chapter. He is currently the Vice President of Visionary Architecture Inc., with clients such as: Ayala Land, SM Malls, and Robinsons Malls. He recently became an ASEAN Architect with a specialization on Commercial – Mix used projects. He has interest in Business Project Developments, Interior, Furniture and Landscape design, known for designing complex developments in the Philippines.
