As Director and Head of Facade Engineering at WSP UK Ltd., Rimmy leads the delivery of facade engineering services on major, high-profile projects from concept through to completion, ensuring technical excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.
A recognised industry leader, Rimmy collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams, providing strategic guidance and shaping the future of facade design. She served as Chair of the Society of Facade Engineering from 2023 to 2025 and currently acts as Vice Chair, championing the advancement of the profession across the built environment sector.
Passionate about innovation and continuous learning, Rimmy also advocates for mental well-being in the workplace as a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
