Roar Lund-Johnsen

Architect, Asplan Viak

Roar Lund-Johnsen completed his master’s in architecture at the Oslo School of Architecture in 1997. During his studies, he had exchange stays at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris-Belleville and at the University of Newcastle, Australia.

He has 25 years’ experience as an architect in Oslo, from, among others, his own practice and now in Asplan Viak. Throughout his career, Roar has worked with everything from cabins and housing to subway stations and public baths. He is involved in all project phases from concept development to detailing and production follow-up.

At Asplan Viak, he has recently worked on the new Tøyen-bath, with a particular focus on the facade. He is currently working on the rehabilitation of and extension to Moss-bath.
