Robert gained an MA in Architecture at Kingston University in 1995, joining F+P soon afterwards. He has led teams designing professional services HQs, brand hotels and resorts, residential buildings, cultural and exhibition centres, boutique retail stores and a private house in locations around the world.
Rob’s experience in high-profile architectural projects ranges from the Stirling Prize winning Gherkin building in the City of London, Willis’ European HQ, also in the City, the 392m World Trade Centre in Abu Dhabi on the site of the city’s original Central Market, the Xiao Jing Wan and Dachong developments for China Resources in Shenzhen, Xiamen Airlines headquarters, also in China. Rob has contributed to other high-rise building projects, including schemes for the Yongsan redevelopment and Lotte super-tall tower in Seoul.
More recently he has worked on specialised projects, including an owner-occupier office in Miami, residential towers in New York and Miami, the Tulip visitor experience in London and the creation of a destination rooftop on an existing building in Geneva.
Rob was made a Senior Partner of the Practice in 2021.
