As Design Principal at ARK, Roger collaborates with his colleagues on the design of educational, commercial and master plan projects within the Princeton and Istanbul studios.

His portfolio includes an impressive collection of commercial and higher education projects including Ozyegin University in Istanbul, Haumao Center in Beijing, the 88 story Eurasia Tower in Moscow, Furman Hall at New York University’s School of Law, The Palm Jebel Ali Hub in Dubai, and the award-winning Harlem Park tower in New York City.

Previously an Associate Principal at Kohn Pedersen Fox and Design Principal at Swanke Hayden Connell Architects and RMJM, Roger was profiled as one of Building Design + Construction’s “40 Under 40” influential individuals.

Before forming ARK in 2012, Roger spent 20 years as a design leader for large architectural offices in New York City. His global expertise is wide ranging including large scale master planning, educational, mixed use, and retail buildings. He has designed buildings at all scales ranging in size from a small school to an88 story tower.

This breadth of experience informs his approach to architecture, collaborating with clients and consultants, and satisfying the requirements of the diverse building typologies he designs.
