Royce Perez

Royce Perez is an Associate at Heintges, and joined the firm in 2019. Since then, he has been involved with the design and construction of innovative enclosure systems throughout the U.S. and Asia. Royce’s work includes highly customized facades across a range of scales and program types including academic, residential, commercial, and healthcare. Throughout his time with the firm, he has gained extensive experience with various facade types including unitized curtain wall, storefronts, terra cotta, and architectural precast systems. Royce holds a Master in Architecture degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
