Salim Sefrioui

Architecte, Group 3 Architect

Salim joined the Groupe3Architectes team in 2009, after seven years of professional practice in France, during which he worked on a wide range of projects—from rehabilitation and tourist development to industrial heritage architecture (rehabilitation of the Maison de l’Iran, the Aubervilliers swimming pool). As a project manager at Béguin and Machini, he contributed to several public-access facility projects, then at Kilo Architecture, where he took part in developing a large tourist complex near Agadir as part of the Plan Azur initiative.

Within Groupe3Architectes, where he serves as Director of the Tertiary, Hospitality, and Rehabilitation Division, he has supervised teams of up to six people per project, including assistant architects, draftsmen, and graphic designers. Among the major projects designed and delivered by the firm—each totaling nearly 100,000 m² of floor area—Salim oversaw Block F of the Casanearshore business complex, as well as the high-end residential project of the Yasmine Signature vertical garden towers in Casablanca C.F.C. In the field of colonial heritage rehabilitation, interior design, and furniture specification, the Central Administration of Bank Al-Maghrib in Rabat proved to be an exciting laboratory for him and the firm. His organizational skills and strong communication abilities make him an outstanding team leader and a valued partner for project owners.

Salim was also responsible, on behalf of Groupe3Architectes and alongside Skander Amine and Omar Tijani, for the following projects: the Maroclear headquarters in C.F.C., the Munysis headquarters in Bouskoura, the Patrimonia office building on Boulevard Zerktouni in Casablanca, the Ibis Hotel in Casanearshore, the concept study for the Novotel Rabat Agdal, the architectural and interior design study for a five-star hotel in Dar Bouazza, and the study for the new Orange headquarters in C.F.C.

Salim holds a degree from the Paris Val de Seine School of Architecture. He teaches fifth-year and diploma students at UIR.
