Senior Project Manager, AECOM Tishman
As AECOM Tishman’s Senior Project Manager, Samaneh leads the curtain wall trade and complex structures where curtain wall and structural steel are highly integrated. She was the lead on managing the engineering and fabrication of 30 Hudson Yards Observation Deck and is currently overseeing curtain wall trade at One Madison Ave project. She manages all work related to curtain wall including pre-construction, design, scheduling, construction and cost control.
Coming from a background in Architectural Engineering and Sustainable Glass Façade Systems Design, her goal is to further develop her skills in interconnectedness of glazed building structural systems with sustainability and combine that with her passion in getting more young females involved with the diligent and elegant glass façade systems in the building industry.
Samaneh holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, major in Structural, and a Masters in Architectural Engineering, major in Sustainable Glass Façade Systems, from the ABET Accredited Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus, and a Masters in Construction Management and MBA from Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.
