Sandeep Kumar is an architect having 25 years of experience internationally; out of which 16 years is is a consultant with international firms like RJA (USA) and DPA Singapore and 9 years with reputed developers like Brigade, Sattva and My Home Group. He has done B. Arch from BIT Ranchi, and M. Arch in sustainability and tensile structures from University of Arizona (USA) and has been scholarship recipient and rank holder throughout.
He has been involved with prestigious projects throughout his career in USA and India, like master planning, residential, commercial, high rise, mixed use, hospitality, retail, plotted development and interiors. He has worked with various construction technologies like precast fabrication, Aluminum formwork & steel, apart from conventional construction. He has been associated with design and development of over 70 million sft many of which are award-winning flagship projects. His passion lies in creative, functional, high quality and sustainable design, which is cost effective.
He is currently serving as AVP and Head of commercial design at My Home Group, Hyderabad, steering a 20 million sft of mixed use development.
