A qualified and registered Architect with 30 + years continuous experience, Sandip is an Alumni of Sir JJ College of Architecture, University of Mumbai. He worked with renowned Architect Raja Aederi – a fellow of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, Wisconsin for a long nine years, working on large complex projects in commercial and hospitality sector. Further his association with Kalpataru constructions, for 4 years Sandip successfully led premium residential high rise projects with modern amenities and best in class leisure infrastructure.
Sandip’s next association with Bentel Associates of South Africa, allowed him to steer large retail focused mixed use developments. Sandip was entrusted with a large portfolio of projects for clients such as Reliance Retail, Prozone CSC and the award winning mixed use – office development for DIL Ltd. Sandip later joined with Lodha Group of Mumbai as Vice President – Design – Architecture, responsible entirely for some of the most ambitious projects in the Lodha portfolio. The projects entrusted, were accomplished into profitable real estate enterprise in a record time and set new benchmarks for the project scheduling.
Later Sandip held a key position heading the Design department for Adani Realty for 4 years. With presence in three geographies of Gujarat, MMR and NCR, Sandip was responsible for bringing innovation, differentiation to the product range and achieve standardization across the Pan India projects. Currently Sandip is Head of Design for Lodha- Pune, spearheading all new Lodha developments in Pune.
