He hold a degree in Architecture from Madras University and an MBA in Marketing and IT from NIILM School of Business. His career has been marked by a commitment to excellence and innovation in construction and project management. As a member of the Indian Green Building Council and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, he has led complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency.
He excel in strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, and implementing lean methodologies to drive efficiency and excellence. His commitment to sustainability and innovative construction techniques has consistently delivered high-quality results. IT Park in Hyderabad, winning the CII Best Innovation Award, Master-planned a 1691-acre Financial City in Amaravati, Developed 0.7 lac sq. ft. of IT space in Hyderabad, Managed the development of India’s tallest precast building at 196 meters, Executed the greenfield development of 56 acres and 110 acres SEZ in Gurgaon, Achieved LEED Platinum and Gold certifications for commercial projects.
