Sergei Popov was born in 1971 in Moscow. Graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Instrument Engineering and Informatics (1995) and the Moscow Academy of Public Utilities and Construction (2005). He has been working in the field of design and implementation of facades since 1999, in the architectural bureau SPEECH – since 2012.
