Senoj Alexander V. is Head of Design & Product Development at Karle Infra in Bangalore. After a decade in the consulting arena, he moved to the development side of real estate in 2015. He is responsible for end-to-end product innovation and development, namely for Karle Infra’s 70-acre, 1.3 million-square-meter flagship project, an integrated township in Bangalore. Apart from developing new products for ongoing projects, he is reimagining the culture of delivering real estate products in India by encouraging collaborative creation, micro-innovation, transparent contracting, strategic programming, and social consciousness. Following his postgraduate studies, Senoj has worked as Head of India Operations for JURONG International Group-Singapore, where he was responsible for the sixty-member consulting business in India.
