Shawlon Hsieh is Deputy General Manager and Transport Leader at PTW Architects, overseeing Australian and SE Asian offices. Before coming to Sydney he was Associate Design Principal at CCDI Group (Shanghai) where he built the façade engineering service. He led the envelope design for Jinan Center Financial City A5-3, a 333-meter commercial tower currently under construction. CCDI is the largest private Architectural/ Engineering firm in China,

A problem solver, Shawlon often finds himself in situations where no clear solution is in sight. He enjoys dealing with issues smarter people often shy away from. Shawlon is a registered architect in New York. He contributed to some of the most demanding building projects in USA, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. After a few years in China Shawlon is now dedicated to shaping an open work culture in Australia. He is also exploring new services/ markets in the Asia-Pacific region
