Shival Manchanda is a qualified architect and has more than 25 years of overall experience as an architect and project manager working on numerous projects ranging from transport infrastructure, transit oriented real estate (commercial offices, hotel), standalone greenfield real estate (retail mail & office building), office interiors, garment showrooms jewelry showrooms etc.
Shival is currently the director of Enia Architectes’ India operations (Enia Design Private Limited) with focus on transit projects in India. Shival’s core strength is to handle design management as well as management during project execution at sites by mobilizing design team.
