Director of the milanese office of the global architecture and design firm Populous, Silvia Prandelli manages the firm’s business in Italy and Southern Europe. She has worked on several projects in the United States, United Kingdom, Middle and Far East, from sports and cultural facilities to civic and public buildings as the London Stadium for the 2012 Olympics, the Nanjing Youth Olympic Center, Lucas Museum of Narrative Art and MSG Sphere in Las Vegas. Author of several academic publications and member of Technical Committes for ESG strategy, she worked as Adjunct Professor at GSAPP – Columbia University from 2015 to 2017. With an engineering background, she is specialized in the management of complex activities which involve the coordination of large team and in the development projects from the feasibility study to the monitoring of the whole building’s life-circle.
