Stefan Krummeck is the Director and Design Principal of Farrells with over 30 years of experience designing award-winning buildings, master plans and infrastructure-related projects across Europe, Australia, Africa, and in particular the Asia-Pacific region. As an expert in sustainable, transport-oriented, high-density development, Stefan has designed numerous mixed-use and infrastructure projects, including Kowloon Station Development in Hong Kong, KK100 and One Excellence in Shenzhen, Winland IFC in Hangzhou. Stefan also specialises in large-scale planning and cultural projects, including the West Kowloon Cultural District Development Plan and the M+ Museum of visual culture. Stefan is the founding member and vice president of the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD), and the Hong Kong Representative of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). Stefan also serves as the advisor of the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, he is a juror and expert reviewer for local and international architectural and urban design competitions.
