Stuart Teare is a chartered quantity surveyor with 13 years of experience working in the UK, Middle East and Africa. Stuart has experience across a wealth of sectors including office, hi-tech, mixed-use and residential supporting from concept to completion. He has worked in varying roles across these projects including contract administration duties and being embedded into the Client’s organisation; his willingness to understand the nuances of each stakeholder has led to successful and collaborative teams into meeting common objectives and goals.
Stuart is also Vice-Chair of the RICS East Africa Regional Advisory Board and is passionate about upholding the best standards within the industry and his global experience brings a unique perspective on best practice.
