With over two decades of continuous professional practice since 2000, I am an Architect and Co-Founder & Director of Dius Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd., leading architectural and engineering projects across India and internationally.
My early professional journey with CRN Consultants Pvt Ltd laid the foundation for delivering large, complex, multi-stakeholder developments. During this period, I was closely involved in the planning and execution of landmark IT parks and technology campuses for global corporations such as Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Hexaware Technologies, and NIIT. These projects ranged from large-format IT campuses to multi-tenanted commercial and institutional developments across diverse geographies.
Over time, my portfolio expanded into public infrastructure projects, including metro station design in Hyderabad, port terminal developments in Gujarat, and airport enhancement works in Hyderabad—assignments that required intensive coordination, regulatory compliance, and integration with operational systems.
I am proud to be among the first Indian professionals accredited by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). Sustainability has remained central to my design philosophy—balancing environmental responsibility, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value.
