Sudhakar Pai graduated in 1st Class with Distinction from Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai, in the year 1989. After working with renowned architect Charles Correa, he pursued his Masters Degree at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), USA, under the tutelage of architects Dagmar Richter, Ricardo Legorreta, Buzz Yudell & Frank Israel.
Sudhakar established the Firm Sudhakar Pai Associates in the year 2000 in Bangalore. His aspiration was to institute an architectural & interior design practice to pursue design excellence while delivering creative solutions sensitive to site, place making and client briefs.
The wide spectrum of projects at SPA include both architecture and interior design of many award winning software campus, retail, commercial, manufacturing and residential developments.
