Director - India, Eckersley O’Callaghan
Sushant Goel is a post-graduate structural engineer from University of Stuttgart and was based in Germany for seven years. Over there he worked on projects located in the USA, Europe and Middle East that relate to grid shells, membranes, cable facades, movable roofs and footbridges.
Sushant co-founded Eckersley O’Callaghan’s India office in Delhi-NCR together with Brian Eckersley and James O’Callaghan in July 2021. He has been involved in native projects of various scales providing structural and facade engineering services. These include (a) concept design of the cable stayed footbridge and diagrids at Bharat Vandana Park in Delhi, (b) steel dome and long span roofs at Bestech Athena mall in Gurugram, (c) STFE cladded steel structure at Max Super Speciality Hospital in Delhi, (d) as well as a number of private residential projects involving structural glass.
As Visiting Faculty at CEPT Ahmedabad, Sushant engages with post-graduate structural engineering students to share project experiences and bridge the gap between academia and industry.
