Talal Yousef Andraos is “Projects Manager” at one of the foremost contractors of construction buildings in Kuwait, First United General Trading & Contracting Co. He is a MSc. Graduate specialised in the field of Civil Engineering, and presently holds a remarkable experience of 20 years in leading projects of high quality. Presently, Mr Andraos is involved in the construction of the Headquarters Building for Kuwait Investment Authority; a project located in Sharq and worth KD 75,000,000/-. He represents the Main Contractor’s team of some dynamic engineers directly responsible for all civil works, and overlooking and managing all other works of the project: i.e. Shoring, Dewatering, Facade, Finishing, & Electro-mechanical works. He holds to his name the successful completion of other projects such as the Social Security Headquarters Building located in South Surra and worth KD 10,000,000/-, and Kuwait Business Town Towers located in Sharq and worth KD 29,000,000/-. Mr Andraos has a reputation for rational arguments and effective negotiations with all parties involved in a project.
