Thomas Oster

Thomas Oster works as a Senior Project Manager with Chandos Construction after graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering. His focus throughout his career has been on highly sustainable, complicated commercial buildings, many achieving LEED certification. This has included a variety of contract types but Thomas’ true strength is in highly collaborative delivery models such as design build or construction management projects, finding ways to bring a diverse team of owners, consultants, and sub-contractors together to achieve a common goal. Thomas is responsible for overall schedule, budget, quality, and safety on the projects he works on.
