Preconstruction Manager, New Hudson Façades
Timothy Paulson has spent his 20+ year career as a professional engineer skipping back and forth between a variety of roles in architecture and façade contracting, acquiring a master’s degree in architecture from UCLA along the way.
In that span he has worked for Gehry Partners, Permasteelisa North America, wHY Architecture, GMS, LLP, and now New Hudson Facades since its inception in 2014. He has worked on the design and engineering of exterior facades on projects ranging from field engineering on the Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, digital surface modeling on Gehry Partners’ Novartis campus building in Basel, Switzerland, to façade preconstruction and planning on Hudson Yards in New York. Tim now manages preconstruction activities for New Hudson Facades in New York.
