
Senior Partner / Design Director, ASPA
Konstantina Stella Tsagkaratou is the Design Director at ASPA KST, having founded the UK branch of the firm in October 2020. She is responsible for projects such as the Oncology building of Diavalkanikon Hospital and the new TEE offices in Athens. She brings extensive experience in architectural design and leadership, with prior roles at Zaha Hadid Architects and Foster + Partners, where she contributed to international, high-profile projects. Tina holds an MArch from the Architectural Association’s Design Research Lab (AADRL) and a Diploma in Architecture from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is an active educator, having taught at the AADRL for 7 years. Her work extends into research, workshops, and competitions, including the Pavilion of the Hellenic Republic (2015) and Biennale Brau II. She has spoken at the MIPIM and CUI 15 and continues to contribute to architectural discourse through both practice and academia, bridging conceptual design thinking with real-world application across diverse architectural scales and contexts.
