Partner, Quantem
Tom is a Partner at Quantem, based in their Birmingham office, he specialises in Quantity Surveying services and has been working in Birmingham and the West Midlands for over 18 years.
Tom predominantly focuses on Residential, Industrial, Commercial and Advance Manufacturing sectors, however he also has international experience in the Far East and more recently the Middle East.
In addition to the work Tom undertakes at Quantem, he has maintained an active role within the RICS. Tom is an APC assessor and is the current chair of the RICS West Midlands Regional Board.
