Head of Construction, Knight Dragon
Tom is Head of Construction at Knight Dragon. Knight Dragon are developing Greenwich Peninsula, Europe’s largest single regeneration project. Greenwich Peninsula brings together culture, creativity, community, and modern architecture, all wrapped by the River Thames. More than 17,000 new homes are planned across 7 districts with associated public realm, retail and infrastructure.
Knight Dragon are currently developing a number of high-rise residential projects and are working with their supply chain to deliver a variety of high-performance façade types.
Prior to joining Knight Dragon Tom worked on the redevelopment of King’s Cross for Argent. Over a 10-year period he delivered a wide range of complex projects including Thomas Heatherwick’s Coal Drops Yard and Meta’s London headquarters.
Tom studied Project Management for Construction at University College London and has worked on a variety of projects across all sectors in central London and the home counties.
