Senior Construction Manager, Far East Consortium
Tom is senior construction manager at Far East Consortium (FEC)’s Manchester office. He leads the quality and compliance management of FEC’s high rise developments in Manchester acting as client’s representative for the delivery team.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a working member of the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate (ICWCI).
With 18 years’ experience in the construction industry, Tom has worked in various roles; starting his career as a tradesperson training in electrical engineering. He has also held job titles including building surveyor and clerk of works. His diverse career gives him the experience and knowledge required to understand both the site and design-based challenges of delivering FEC’s high-quality, complex developments.
Tom vigilantly manages the works delivered on site to ensure all efforts made in design and compliance are mirrored with the execution of high-quality workmanship.
