Mr. Goltsev has been professionally involved in translucent structures and façade business for 25 years out of his 45-year life since 1998. He is the founder of Okna-Star LLC, started in 2005. He is a façade consultant, specializing in turnkey projects from architecture, engineering, manufacturing and installation.
He has worked with leading general contractors in Russia: Public Law Company “Military Construction Company”, OJSC Bamstroyput, Mosinzhproekt holding, Flat-and-Co LLC, Military Investigation Department, OJSC Olimpsitistroy, PAO LSR Group, Granelle Group, Kortros Group, CJSC Mosoblstroytrest №11, AO EKS, MD Group and others.
The portfolio includes more than 120 projects: office buildings, hospitals, residential units and hotels, mixed-use and entertainment complexes. The geography of construction is spread over a vast territory of Russia: Moscow and the Region, St. Petersburg, Arkhangelsk Region, Republic of Tyva, Republic of Crimea. There were also international projects in the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Key achievements include the Main Cathedral of the Russian Armed Forces in Patriot Park, Art Residence “Tavrida” in the Republic of Crimea, the Academy of Strategic Missile Forces, the K2 business center, Technopolis Era in Anapa, Central Research Institute in Sergiev Posad, the 27th Science Center in Moscow, Pedestrian bridge across the Yauza river, Transport interchange hub “Elektrozavodskaya” and others.
