Victor Zhilinsky is the founder and CEO of Skytop Engineering, an international design and consultancy company specializing in facade solutions, with offices in Dubai and Minsk. Victor holds a degree in civil engineering and began his career as a design engineer in general construction before focusing on facade engineering, working for one of the largest European companies in the industry.
Since 2017, Victor has been developing Skytop Engineering, which continues to strengthen its position globally, working on a variety of facade projects around the world on outstanding architectural landmarks.
