This includes feasibility studies, land acquisition, legal & liaison coordination, business plan underwriting, project planning, design coordination, project management, construction management, fit-outs & handing over.
I have worked on projects across India at places like Mumbai, Bhuj, Bhopal, Sunabeda, Mundra, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Gurgaon
In last 20+ years I have executed following types of projects from concept to completion: Plotted Developments & Villas; High Rise Residential Apartments / Tall Buildings; Townships; IT Park; Five Star Hotels and Commercial: Retail / Offices / Mall.
