Walaa Addas is a Saudi city planner, Architect, and Designer, boasting over 15 years of expertise in Architectural and Public Realm Design, urban development, and city planning. I earned my master’s degree in architectural design from the United Kingdom, specializing in conservation and renewal, and have played a pivotal role in design research in revitalizing public spaces and restoring neglected districts and historical structures both locally and internationally. In addition to my professional practice, I serve as a jury member and lecturer in urban design and architecture at university, while also holding the position of urban design and cultural manager in Jeddah’s planning sector. As an architectural visionary and cultural influencer, skilfully integrates unfolding narratives and reimagine heritage with modern perspectives, innovatively shaping what’s possible in the future architecture through meticulous designs that combines imagination, creativity, and technical expertise in every endeavor.
