At the vanguard of the next generation of architects, Wesley Schwartz, is transforming practice through the integration of performance in design. His portfolio of award-winning projects is deeply connected to idea of place and defined by its relationship to natural systems. Wes is an Associate Principal at Boston’s Payette, 2019 AIA Firm of the year winner, where his uncanny ability to create beautiful designs while remaining a steadfast collaborator is on full view. His work has garnered more than 20 national and regional design awards including the 2019 AIA Young Architects Award, 2 national AIA COTE Top Ten Awards, and multiple National AIA awards. His recently completed projects include the new home for the Ragon Institute of Mass General, MIT and Harvard in Kendall Square, Northeastern ISEC & EXP, and the new Massachusetts Veterans Home at Chelsea, a net-zero long-term care facility for veterans.
