Principal Architect, WTA Architecture and Design Studio
William Ti Jr. is the founder and Principal Architect of WTA Architecture and Design Studio, one of the Philippines’ leading global design practices. A Fellow of the UAP and a registered APEC and ASEAN Architect, he believes that architecture is fundamentally a social act — one that shapes communities and gives meaning to shared space. Under his leadership, WTA has built a wide-ranging body of work across civic, institutional, residential, and urban projects, including the Pasig River Esplanade, winner of the 2026 ULI Asia Pacific Award for Excellence in Placemaking.
Alongside practice, William is the founder of Anthology Festival, Shelter Magazine, and The Book Stop Project, and a columnist for the Philippine Daily Inquirer. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and the National University of Singapore, he was named the PRC’s Outstanding Professional of the Year in 2024 and serves as a judge at the World Architecture Festival.
