Managing Director, AJP Façade Technology
Yiannis Pericleous is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the structural design of building structures and infrastructure projects. He is the principal shareholder and Managing Director of A. J. Pericleous LLC, a civil engineering consultancy firm based in Limassol and Athens, with an uninterrupted presence in the construction industry since 1938.
In 2024, he founded A. J. Pericleous Facade Technology, aiming to combine A. J. Pericleous’ advanced expertise in structural design with the rapidly growing building façade sector, integrating innovative technologies and modern methodologies for analysis and optimization.
Born in 1978 in Limassol, he studied Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens, from which he graduated in 2003. He continued his studies at Cornell University in the United States, where he obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Structural Engineering. Alongside his professional career, he completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Cyprus in 2008.
He is a Chartered Engineer of the Engineering Council of the United Kingdom, a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers (UK), and a member of ETEK and TEE.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in the design and delivery of a wide range of engineering projects, including high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, theatres, strengthening and rehabilitation of existing structures, tanks, deep excavations, special foundations, as well as airport and port projects, in countries such as Cyprus, Greece, the Middle East, Africa, and Saudi Arabia.
