
Associate Partner, CookFox
Zach Craun is an Associate Partner at COOKFOX Architects. His past projects include 150 Charles Street, the De La Salle Academy, 100 Vandam Street, several private residences in the Hamptons, a boutique commercial office building in the Miami Design District and the Cora in Water Street, Tampa.
He is lead designer for the Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music, a performance events venue, gallery, and archival building at Monmouth University, New Jersey. He is also leading the design team for 80 Wharf Way, a high-rise residential building consisting of two towers on a shared podium along the Williamsburg Waterfront.
He led the WELL and LEED Platinum Certifications of the firm’s office at 250 West 57th Street and directs the firm’s AIA 2030 Committee and Green Team. He was recognized by Crain’s New York as a Notable Leader in Sustainability in 2024. Outside of the studio, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the De La Salle Academy and the Fontainebleau Association.
