Managing Director, MACH Acoustics
Ze Nunes, founder of MACH Group, started his career as head of acoustics at Dyson and founded the acoustics group at Buro Happold. In 2003 MACH Acoustic was created by Ze. At MACH Ze Nunes specialises in the acoustics design of façade and low carbon buildings.
MACH collaborates closely with the University of Bath, the University of West of England and the University of Southampton. In addition, Ze Nunes is responsible for teaching acoustics and façade acoustic modules at the first two of these universities. Ze is well published, including contributing to ISO standards and a regular precentor at acoustics, ventilation and façade conferences.
Since 2018, Ze Nunes has morphed MACH Acoustics into MACH Group, a specialist computational multidiscipline consultancy. Hence, Ze is leads in the field of acoustics, lighting, shading, thermal and shaping of façades, as well as software design, such to maximise the envelops of carbon buildings.
