Ziadi Salma

Salma Ziadi is Business Development Manager at Jet Contractors since 2024. She graduated in civil engineering in 2012 from the Mohammedia School of Engineers in Rabat, and began her career at Bearch the same year. Within the company, she acquired a wide range of experience, from the design office to production, and then to operations. Her expertise and commitment enabled her to become CEO of Bearch in 2017. In search of new skills, she pursued an Executive MBA at the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, graduating in 2020. With 14 years‘ experience, Salma Ziadi is now a key figure in Jet Contractors’ business development, combining solid technical expertise with strategic vision.
