Will has worked within the construction industry for nearly 20 years with a focus on building performance. Specialising in insulation, particularly advanced technology materials such as vacuum panels and aerogels. More recently he has been driving EWI systems to enhance existing buildings and maximise new build. Currently he is working on the control of condensation and air tightness, and how to simplify both factors into the design of a building. A key driver being the offsite sector. Will has recently been promoted to Head of Business Management at the A. Proctor Group Ltd.
