Leading project teams across Canada, he has set ambitious targets and exceeded project goals for environmental sustainability and community wellbeing. With a background in mechanical engineering, Charles always stays grounded in the technical details of his project work. He encourages his teams to innovate and explore new ways of reducing energy use and carbon emissions. Charles has been a core contributor to some of our most exciting sustainability projects, breaking through barriers in net-zero energy and carbon-neutral design.
