Stefano Belingardi Clusoni, born in Milan in 1987, graduated cum laude from the Academy of Architecture in Mendrisio, receiving the prestigious SIA Award for the best graduation project. Following international experiences at EMBT in Barcelona, CZA in Milan, and Studio Libeskind, he worked in Berlin and Shanghai before returning to Italy in 2016 to establish Stefano Belingardi Architects (formerly Studio BE.ST Belingardi Stefano). The studio, renowned for its innovative approaches and interdisciplinary collaborations, merges architecture and urban planning, pushing beyond traditional boundaries. Key projects include the Satispay headquarters, iconic buildings at Fondazione Prada and in the Isola district, a social housing masterplan in Lorenteggio, the restoration of Teatro Smeraldo in Porta Garibaldi, and a landmark building in Piazza Clotilde. Recognized among Italy’s top architects under 40, his work was showcased at Milan’s Triennale. From large-scale projects to furniture design for Poliform and Viabizzuno, his pieces have been presented at Salone del Mobile.
