Ioannis is an Associate Director at AKTII Envelopes London, bringing over 11 years of expertise in façade engineering, design management and architecture internationally. He earned his Diploma in Architecture and Engineering with Honours from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Driven by a deep interest in building technology and the envelopes of both heritage and contemporary buildings, he pursued an MSc in Building Technology at TU Delft-Netherlands, specialising in façade design.
His extensive portfolio spans between multiple sectors, including commercial, residential and mixed-use developments worldwide (UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia). With years of experience as both a façade consultant and contractor, Ioannis offers a comprehensive understanding of construction and fabrication methods, material science, façade procurement, cost and project timelines. He is a strong advocate of efficient communication between different parties to achieve world class engineering and architecture. He is a chartered member of RIBA, TEE and MSFE CIBSE.
